If you've found your way here, something in you is ready, even if you're not quite sure what for. That quiet sense that there's more to understand about yourself, more peace available to you, more ease in your relationships; that's worth listening to.

I'm a psychotherapist specialising in supporting women understand how early experiences, attachment patterns, and cultural and faith dynamics have shaped their emotional world.

Many of the women I work with are managing life well on the outside. They show up for everyone around them. But privately, they feel stuck, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed and they've never had a space that truly understands the full picture of who they are.

Bloom with Nawal is that space.

My approach is trauma-informed and depth-oriented; drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic and compassion-focused therapy. For those who wish to, we can also work within an Islamic psychological framework honouring both your emotional wellbeing and your faith as part of the same journey.

This is not a space where you have to explain your culture, justify your faith, or translate your experience. You can simply arrive as you are.

Sessions are held online, so you can access therapy from wherever feels comfortable.
